By requesting a Free Home Radon Test Kit, you agree to the following terms and conditions: You must follow all provided instructions carefully. Failure to do so may result in the test being invalidated, and any retesting will be at your expense, costing $45. The test kit must be used in a timely manner, and if it is not utilized, you will be responsible for the total cost of the test, $45. If the test results indicate high radon levels, you agree to use Radon Mitigation Masters, LLC for the installation of a mitigation system. Should you choose another company for the mitigation, you will be responsible for the total cost of the test, $45. Please note that the free test kit offer is only available for homes that have not been previously mitigated. If your home already has a mitigation system installed and you request a test, it will be sent to you at a cost of $45. By submitting the request form, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
